Over the past decade since 2015, the SJJS has played a significant role as a translation journal —a new academic model for sharing research achievements— by introducing outstanding research results from Korea to international academia in English. With support from the Hakbong Scholarship Foundation, the Japan Foundation, and the National Research Foundation of Korea, the SJJS has published works that reflect the original critical perspectives and rigorous scholarship of Korean Japanese Studies. The published articles will continue to be openly accessible on the IJS-SNU website and S-Space, the open repository of Seoul National University.
