The Korea–Japan Future Seminar series is organized by the Institute for Japanese Studies at Seoul National University (SNU-IJS) with support from the Hakbong Scholarship Foundation. The seminar invites experts, researchers, and practitioners from both countries across diverse fields to explore common challenges facing Korea and Japan through multidimensional analysis and dialogue. Through this initiative, SNU-IJS seeks to build a network of professionals dedicated to fostering cooperation, coexistence, and shared prosperity between the two nations.

 

The eighth session of the Korea-Japan Future Seminar will feature Professor MATSUTANI Motokazu (松谷基和) of the Department of Global Liberal Arts, Faculty of Global Studies, Tohoku Gakuin University, who will deliver a lecture entitled "The Emergence and Current State of the Fukushima Mega-Solar Issue (福島メガソーラー問題の浮上と現状)."
