Korea's Future and Korea-Japan Relations in the U.S.-China Strategic Competition
In celebration of the 17th anniversary of its founding, the Institute for Japanese Studies at Seoul National University (SNU-IJS) has prepared a forum to discuss the present and future of Korea and Japan in the rapidly changing international environment. Amid the intensifying competition between the US and China and the reorganization of the international order, we would like to diagnose the situation in the US, China, and Japan, which are neighboring countries on the Korean Peninsula, and discuss Korea's countermeasures and issues in Korea-Japan relations. At a time when both Korea and Japan are undergoing a leadership change, there will be open discussions about Korea's strategy and the future direction of Korea-Japan relations.
