| Data Interpretation | 가고시마 현 지정 무형민속문화재인 이리키 초의 '호소오도리'(疱瘡踊)에 대한 사진과 설명이다. 이리키 초 산기슭에서 전해져온 것으로서 기록에 의하면, 간세이 2년(1790), 분카 11년(1814) 등에 천연두 춤을 추었던 날이 메이지 19년(1886)까지 7 회 기록되어 있다. 호소(疱瘡, 천연두)가 유행했을 때, 부정기적으로 추었던 춤이었으나, 종두(種痘)의 보급에 의해 천연두로부터 해방 된 이후에는 어떤 축하할 일이 있을 때에 추게 되었다. |
